FAQs

What is the first step I should take?

Reach out to me via the contact form, LinkedIn, discord (see below)! Don’t be shy! First consultation of 30 minutes is gratis (free), this is where you are free to ask questions, gain clarification, and see if I’m the person you’ve been looking for.

If I decide to move forward with another consultation, what are the next steps?

We will schedule a longer consultation! This can be through Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, discord, or Zoom. If you are in need of a consultation longer than 30 minutes, or already have some idea of what it is you are looking for and want to dive straight in, please keep in mind that my hourly rate is 35 USD/hour for consultations.

What happens after the initial consultation(s)?

After the initial consultation(s), I will have a clear idea of what you are looking for.

If it is a concrete service, such as a one-time service, the price will be determined by the scope and nature of the service provided.

Most services offered are collaborative, so participation, feedback and input are included throughout the process until completion. If you prefer otherwise, then let me work my magic—present you with the findings, and you tell me what to fix. Upon delivery, an invoice will be generated for services rendered.

If you are looking for long-term consulting, strategy planning, or a partner to guide you, your project, or your team, then, depending on what (1:1 mentorship, operational auditing/analysis, team building), the price is determined after assessing the services to be provided. A Statement of Work or Services Agreement is drafted and agreed upon by both parties.

Can I hire you as an employee?

Unfortunately, no. I am a proud entrepreneur who, after many years of working in the creative and cultural industries, finally saw my potential to lead the way and guide others. However, I place heavy importance on collaboration and long-term partnership, networking, and all that social stuff! My engagement with you and your business remains continuous as long as you need my services. Please be wary, though, that I may have several clients at a time— so please ensure to inform and book in advance! Otherwise, once we have worked together (or I have created something for you), I remain available for any short questions or chats regarding those services.

And no worries—while we provide services in graphic design (marketing assets, including photography), technical drawings, game design, and 3D modelling for the architecture, design, construction, and gaming industries, I can connect you with environmental artists, level designers, trailer artists, animators, and game developers. Just reach out, and we will find the best way to ensure your project has the right people to bring it to life.

Where are you based?

Everywhere! New York is home, but the goal of a creative infrastructure lab is to globally research, look for, and work with artists, studios, and firms to prototype new ways projects can grow across cities, sectors, and systems. I work throughout the world: the United States, France, Germany, Italy, Georgia, Greece, and the Netherlands. We can accommodate multiple time zones, may speak your native language, and work with you from anywhere in the world.
